What is a Soul Coach?

I've been asked this numerous times since 2016. That year, I received my ICF accredited Holistic Life Coaching Certification—another notch in my educational belt in my lifetime study of metaphysics.

In those wonderful 10 days, Spirit bestowed upon me the title of Soul Coach. My teacher, Dez Stephens, even said at the time, “That is SO YOU!” I was glad for her approval, but I wasn’t entirely sure what it meant. Nevertheless, I embraced it.

It took me 8 years of spiritual journey and professional exploration, along with helping clients and friends find their way, to truly understand what kind of Soul Coach I am.

Throughout my journey, I observed fellow Soul Coaches, each aligning with different energies—indigenous practices, cosmic forces, animal medicine. I felt confused, lacking clarity about my own path.

Fast forward to today. In the end of 2023/beginning of 2024, forced to slow down due to illness, I had a revelation. My body knew how to do its job; I just needed to be still and allow it to work its miracles.

In that stillness, I rekindled my relationship with Source/God/Goddess, realizing what my version of Soul Coach is and has always been.

My Soul Coaching stems from realizing my disconnection from myself, Source, and the Universe, and how reconnecting could support me. Through meditation, I discerned when I felt the weight of "shoulds" and obligations, realizing that joy, love, and abundance were my true drivers.

It wasn’t easy. Living in a society where lack of sleep, fear, and overworking are worn like badges of honor, stepping into love, joy, and abundance seems unconventional. Societal pressure to be disconnected from co-creative power is rampant.

Even though I have been an intuitive medium since birth and studied metaphysics for my life, there was a time I turned it all off and walked away for the programing of society and all that comes with it.

But then things changed…

In 2010 I stepped back into my reconnection journey and soul power after a city-wide flood destroyed my home. Talk about the Universe letting you know you needed water medicine of love and Spiritual connection!

The path manifested material and emotional abundance—a paid-off dream car, a new home, financial security, a fulfilling business of my own, deeper relationships, self-love, reduced anxiety, and alignment with the flow of life.

This is what I teach and coach—to live aligned with your Soul’s Purpose of Love, Joy, and Abundance. No need to live a life that doesn’t feel good because you feel obligated.
